The package placed on the conveyor table at the entrance is further transported to a powerful sealing head with cutting device. This head can process polyethylene film, bubble film, recycled polyehtylene and combinations with bubble/cell-air, etc.

In the first station of the packaging process (sealing head), the package passes through a "film curtain" where the top and bottom of the package are covered with film, and then the film is sealed at the rear end, while the front end has already been sealed in the previous step.

An intermediate table for further conveying leads the pre-packaged package to a large diameter turntable, where it is spirally wrapped with a layer of stretch film.

At the exit from this turntable, the film is automatically cut off without intervention of a worker, thus the package is ready to be wrapped and the machine is ready again for a new wrapping process.
